Matron Inpatient Wards and Infant Feeding Team

We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to fill the position of Matron - Inpatient Wards, Infant Feeding Team, and Maternity Helpline. This role requires a highly experienced individual who can provide professional and managerial leadership across the maternity service at the Homerton University Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and managerial leadership across the maternity service.
- Lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Be accountable to the Divisional Manager for the financial performance of key budgets.
