Job Summary

The Matron - Inpatient Wards, Infant Feeding Team, and Maternity Helpline role is a critical position within our clinical multi-disciplinary maternity team. We seek an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our maternity services and ensure high-quality patient care.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee key areas of service in antenatal, postnatal, and new-born care delivery.
  • Lead the maternity helpline, infant feeding team, and postnatal and antenatal ward services.
  • Ensure efficient and effective patient care through sound knowledge and ability to implement Trust safeguarding/child protection policies and procedures.
