**Operational Matron Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operational Matron to join our team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. As an operational matron, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre services.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care. You will also develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage budgets to support the department's financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Experience in theatre practice and leadership
  • Teaching and assessing knowledge
  • Management/leadership programme or willingness to undertake

Salary: £74,797 - £83,383 per annum
