About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Health Care Professional to fill a Senior Nurse Practitioner role in our Community Services department.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to manage caseloads, deliver high-quality care, and contribute to the implementation of local and national health agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads, prioritize care delivery, and implement Trust policies and procedures
  • Provide clinical leadership, support the implementation of local and national health agendas, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals
  • Contribute to the development of local and national health agendas under the guidance of senior practitioners
