Community Nursing Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled District Nurse to join our Community Nursing team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Healthcare Professional in a community setting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing clinical leadership to your team.
With a valid driving license and access to a car, you will be required to travel between patients' homes, ensuring efficient case management and effective service delivery. You will work closely with colleagues to prioritize care delivery and implement local and national health agendas.

Salary: £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, dependent on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Registered healthcare professional (NMC registration), health-related degree, and evidence of relevant post-graduate development at Level 6. Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, such as specialist practitioner district nursing or non-medical prescribing mentorship.
