About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Lead to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of community nursing services in the South of Barnet locality. You will work closely with the Locality Manager and other clinicians to develop and maintain close working relationships with acute and community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective service plans to meet the needs of patients in the South of Barnet locality.
  • Collaborate with the Locality Manager and other clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Lead a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality community nursing services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
  • Evidence of recent and continuing post-registration professional education and training equivalent to post-graduate diploma level.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience of leading a team in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £52,500 - £65,000 per annum, based on title, job description, and location.
