Job Description

This is a Band 7 full-time post that requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse to lead our community nursing team. The successful candidate will have a Specialist Community Practice qualification relevant to the field of practice, as well as teaching and assessing qualifications.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the service meets business and performance requirements, investigating complaints and incidents, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be required to exercise leadership and judgment in the management of the community nursing team.
