About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sexual Health and Community Lead to lead our nursing and health advising teams in South West London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Clinical Service Manager to develop and deliver modern and robust healthcare services.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing holistic, accessible sexual and reproductive healthcare to our patients. Your experience in managing staff and implementing change management projects will be crucial in driving service improvement and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage staff in contraception and sexual health settings
  2. Design and deliver high-quality operational services, working in partnership with stakeholders
  3. Provide hands-on problem-solving and strategic thinking to drive service improvement
  4. Deliver level 3 care at a senior level and provide specialist clinical leadership across the patient caseload
Requirements:
  • Educated to Masters Level in Sexual Health related nursing or equivalent combination of postgraduate diploma, courses, and experience
  • Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration
  • Evidence of comprehensive professional development
  • Relevant specialist courses/training and leadership training
