Job Title: Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse

Location: London

Estimated Salary: £37,500 per annum (approximately £18.20 per hour)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead in Community Mental Health to join our team at Kcare Health in London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a Community Recovery Team/EIP and Access service, managing a caseload autonomously in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined allocated caseload within a Community Recovery Service.
  • Participate in ward reviews, placements reviews, and arrange and attend CPA reviews.
  • Assess new referrals and liaise with other services (inpatient services, other Community Mental Health Services, outside agencies).

This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm for an initial period of 3 months.
