Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist psychological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for children and adolescents with mental health problems.
- Supervise trainee psychologists and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and monitoring of our operational policies and services.
- Professional postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology.
- Registered with a professional body (HCPC, NMC, ACP, UKCP).
- Significant experience working with children with mental health problems in community settings.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary team working and inter-agency collaboration.
- Competitive salary: £58,680 - £87,907 per annum, depending on experience.
