About Our Service

North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician in Older People's Mental Health to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction towards continually developing the service and improving standards.

We require a dedicated and compassionate individual with significant post-registration experience at Band 6 or above, recent experience working within older people's mental health, and excellent clinical supervision skills. The salary for this role is £51,541 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction towards continually developing the service and improving standards
  • Work alongside staff to support, feedback, and develop their clinical skills and experience

The successful candidate will also possess strong audit and research practices relevant to clinical area, effective team working within a multi-agency framework, and positive leadership skills.
