Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to work with our Older People's Community Mental Health team. As a key member of the team, you will assess and manage risk, using Dialog+ and Recovery Care Planning to support service users and their carers. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, assessing and planning treatment, and working collaboratively with patients and their families to optimize treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology, or equivalent. You must also be able to travel independently.
