About the Job

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering NHS community mental health services, working closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:

  • Offering interventions, advice, and support to service users via telephone and face-to-face assessments
  • Ensuring service users receive the most appropriate care and treatment following triage and assessment
  • Referring service users to relevant mental health provision or signposting to external services
  • Providing intensive community-based treatment and support services as an alternative to in-patient admission
Benefits and Requirements

We offer a competitive salary of £27 per hour, paid through an umbrella company. To be successful in this role, you will need a valid full UK driving license and experience working with older adults in a mental health setting.
