Senior Mental Health Clinician and Head of Clinical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our clinical team at Amber Mace. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to lead our clinical services and develop, promote, and maintain high standards of care, medications management, and clinical services in our nursing home.
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Leading a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and achieving exceptional results.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to secure resources and partnerships to support service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, preferably with experience as a senior clinician, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements:- Qualified nurse (RMN or RGN) with an active NMC pin.
- Experience as a senior clinician, preferably within a mental health setting.
- Strong leadership and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be in the range of £48-52k per annum, depending on experience.
