Job Title: Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in mental health community settings, with a strong background in care management and supervision.

About the Role

The Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading the multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to adults with severe and enduring mental health problems. This includes developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that service users receive person-centered care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage service users, their families, and carers in the care planning process. They will also have a proven track record of delivering effective training and mentoring programs to enhance the skills of professional staff groups.
