About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality care and building a positive reputation for our crisis resolution home treatment team.

The successful candidate will have up-to-date professional registration, significant post-registration experience at Band 6 or above, and recent experience working within older people's mental health. They will also possess strong clinical supervision skills, expertise in clinical assessment and decision-making, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

The salary for this role is £50,326 - £56,969 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization. If you are a passionate and committed individual with excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
