Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist or Senior Psychological Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Bloomfield Health Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological care for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for adult patients, as well as developing risk management plans and contributing to multidisciplinary team care and meetings.

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist or Senior Psychological Therapist at Bloomfield Health, you will:

  • Provide culturally sensitive psychological interventions for patients and their families.
  • Supervise and guide other staff and support the ongoing development of the service.
  • Contribute to service improvements, audits, and quality initiatives.
  • Maintain clinical standards and adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology with substantial post-qualification experience (HCPC-registered or eligible) or qualified psychological therapist in a specialised area of psychotherapy practice.
  • Practitioner accreditation status with relevant registration body.
  • Considerable experience of working as a qualified practitioner psychologist or psychological therapist using CBT to treat mental health problems in adults.

  • A competitive salary of £62,500 - £72,500 per annum pro rata (based on experience).
