About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Health Nurse to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing and providing quality care to patients with long-term conditions
- Developing and implementing evidence-based care plans
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Experience of working in primary care or A&E settings
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
