We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Health Nurse to join our team in Harrow. As a Claims Deputy Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading our integrated care services and working closely with patients and their families to develop tailored health plans.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and communities.

You will be responsible for deputising for the Team Lead when necessary, actively participating in service development activities, and working in partnership with patients and their families to achieve improved health outcomes.
