Our teams work together to manage caseload patients, delivering a high-quality service. Due to the community-based nature, driving your own car is essential. The additional working pattern involves Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm with rotational weekends.
Job Overview
This role requires a highly skilled nurse to lead our Community Nursing team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. If you have a specialist practitioner district nurse qualification, you may apply. However, if not, we welcome applications and offer training support to gain this qualification.
Responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of nurses providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
- To ensure the effective management of caseloads and provide clinical leadership to staff.
- To develop and implement local and national agendas for health under the guidance of senior practitioners.
Benefits
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Skill Requirements
- NMC registration with a health-related degree and evidence of relevant post-graduate development at Level 6.
- Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to area of practice (examples: specialist practitioner district nursing, non-medical prescribing mentorship, coaching, clinical expertise).
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm with rotational weekends.
