About the RoleThis is a full-time position, with an estimated salary of £38,890-£44,607 per annum, depending on experience. As a District Nursing Deputy Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of district nurses in providing excellent patient care, promoting health and wellbeing, and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- To lead a team of district nurses in providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- To develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
- To promote health and wellbeing through health promotion activities, disease prevention, and early intervention.
- To contribute to the development of our services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
- RGN 1st level registration.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Further postgraduate certification.
- Evidence of recent training and development.
