- Attend home visits to provide essential nursing care to sick children
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings as required

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Qualified children's nurse (RSCN or RNC)
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience
- Central line experience
- Venepuncture skills
- Experience with enteral, NG, and PEG procedures
- Oncology experience
- Ability to administer IVABs
- A valid driver's license and access to a car
