Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Children's Nurse to join our integrated Community Children's Nursing (iCCN) team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care is provided as close to home as possible.

  • A BSc Nursing or RN in Child or Learning Disability Nursing and current registration with the NMC
  • Experience in assessing and developing patient care plans
  • Clinical competence at Band 5 level

  • Articulate and knowledgeable of current professional nursing issues
