The Channel Sales Team:
Nutanix's Channel Sales team is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding into new divisions and organisations, and building partner skills on the Nutanix portfolio. The team works closely with sales management to develop and execute Channel Sales strategies to drive sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with Nutanix partners across UK&I to drive business growth.
- Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio products and services.
- Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals through effective channel activity planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy and ensure seamless communication.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in Channel Sales or a related field.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and Channel Sales methodologies.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with C-level partner contacts.
Competitive Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
