Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a skilled UK&I Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the UK&I, ensuring that our Pure Culture and Values are embedded into your team.

  1. This role requires strong sales leadership experience working in the region, with a proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
  2. You will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and effectively.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of successful field sales experience in storage or core Information Technology infrastructure is required, with experience selling to IT departments and IT management being essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £80,000-£110,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a bonus scheme and opportunities for professional growth.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Hiring additional high-performing Account Executives.
  • Providing leadership to the extended Pure Storage team aligned to your district.
  • Closely managing and enabling the team's performance related to KPIs.
  • Recruiting, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partner principals, AEs, and leadership teams.
  • Driving sales call activity and leading by example.
  • Field travel expected.
  • Delivering business results including annual bookings goal, new logo production, and AE participation at or above goal.
  • Performance Management as a business process.
