We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales UK to lead our sales team in the UK market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. They will be an expert in sales strategy, process improvement, and data analysis, with a deep understanding of the UK sales market.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
