About Us

Mind Partners is a retained head-hunting firm with offices in key locations worldwide.

We are partnering with a leading international skincare brand to support their growth and fast development in the UK market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts in the UK and Ireland from our London base.

Our ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for the beauty industry who can develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute P&L strategies for wholesale key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts buying and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and present innovation plans to major key accounts.

Additionally, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure new product launches and promotions run smoothly. Estimated salary range: £80,000 - £100,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree from a reputable business school or university.
  • Strong experience in sales or account management.
  • Results-oriented and analytical skills.
