About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Head of UK Sales Growth to lead our acquiring sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the UK acquiring strategy and driving business growth through innovative sales approaches.

Main Responsibilities
  • UK Sales Strategy Development (Acquiring & POS)
    • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy for the UK acquiring market, focusing on expanding awareness and driving sales for POS services.
  • Sales Leadership & Team Management
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, ensuring targets are met.
    • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Continuously refine and optimize the UK sales process to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
