About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • You possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • You are a collaborative, self-motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • You have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers, empowering their growth and development.
  • You are proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
