We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled Head of Sales and Growth to join our innovative team at Carbon Responsible. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's sales strategy, driving new business across the UK and globally.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- You possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive results-oriented initiatives.
- You are a collaborative, self-motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- You have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers, empowering their growth and development.
- You are proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
