We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Revenue Growth to lead our sales operations team at Blott Studio. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.

About the Role

You will oversee the handling of key accounts, ensuring operational systems and training are in place to support the sales leadership team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the annual budget for the sales organization and establishing end-to-end sales reporting (metrics, targets, cadence) that improves productivity and provides real-time visibility into revenue performance.

With 10+ years of previous digital media experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement, you will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the skills required to succeed in this role.
