About the Position
  • Lead the sales, revenue, distribution, and reservations teams to achieve performance targets while maintaining the company's brand values.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to help them achieve their targets and KPIs.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular feedback sessions, and carry out performance evaluations to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and celebrates staff achievements.
Sales and Revenue Management
  • Develop and execute the sales and revenue strategy to attract and retain guests while maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Maximise revenue generation through upselling and cost-effective promotional strategies.
  • Take responsibility for overseeing yield management, coordinating rate loading in our PMS to align with budget forecasts and online distribution systems.
  • Analyse financial performance metrics to identify areas for growth and cost reduction.
Requirements:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year salary package
