About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Head of UK Sales and Growth** to join our team and drive sales growth in the UK region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve aggressive targets while building strong relationships with top accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a high-performing sales team to close inbound deals and generate outbound pipeline.
- Act as a player/coach, leveraging your sales expertise to motivate, attract, train, and retain talent across your organization.
- Set clear targets, a team vision, and ensure the team is tracking against/ahead of goals regularly.
- Develop and own all team cadences, ensuring the team is learning from one another and motivating each other to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Build strong executive relationships with top accounts.
- Work cross-functionally across the UK & Europe team as well as sales leadership in the US to identify points of leverage and product gaps.
**Requirements:**
- 5-7+ years in an Account Executive role, a strong history of quota attainment success, and increasing management experience.
- Prior experience selling SaaS in relevant industries such as Payments, Fintech, Lending, Wealth, Infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills including presentation, writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts concisely.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage existing teams while demonstrating a clear commitment to recruiting and up-skilling new talent.
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
