About the Role:

We are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Training Coordinator to join our team at MidKent College. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating designated vocational study programme delivery activities, as well as mentoring and assessing students in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vocational study program delivery activities
  • Mentor and assess students in the workplace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new training programs and materials
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in apprenticeship training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of students and staff
  • Knowledge of City and Guilds Certificate L2 and NVQ Diploma L2

What We Offer:
