Job Title: Training Coordinator Position
Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Training Coordinator, you will support the training team in delivering leadership and performance development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking and internal communication.
  2. Manage data entry, scheduling, and GDPR-related queries to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  3. Contribute to firm-wide soft skills training and Future Talent initiatives, encompassing trainee recruitment, mentoring, and program delivery.
  4. Assist with external training events and manage program logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Collaborate with the Talent Development team to guarantee the smooth delivery of training and development initiatives.

Essential Skills: Strong communication, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
