Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating support services for ex-offenders in a community hub setting. Key duties include managing a caseload, providing one-to-one sessions, and connecting clients with local resources to aid rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and be able to provide empathetic support to help individuals achieve their goals.
