Main Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance

Service Care Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our estate in Maidstone, Kent.

You will be responsible for ensuring the estate and communal areas remain safe and clean, meeting the highest standards of quality.

  • Design and execute comprehensive cleaning schedules to meet the needs of the estate.
  • Respond swiftly to any emergencies, recording incidents and reporting repairs.
  • Eliminate graffiti from internal and external areas.
  • Effectively manage bin areas, incorporating routine disinfection, rotation, and deep cleaning.
  • Daily risk assessments to minimize potential hazards.
About the Job:
  • Experience in cleaning and caretaking or similar roles is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Quick identification and reporting of necessary block repairs.
  • A valid Full UK Driving License is necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of Health and Safety principles is crucial.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

The selected candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of £24,400-£29,800 based on qualifications and experience.
