About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract supporting the team in Maidstone. As a Support Coach, you will play a key role in rehabilitating and reintegrating participants into the community.

You will provide pathways, support, and tailored interventions to facilitate successful resettlements with our Pathways to Independence service, which supports 31 residents across services in Maidstone for homeless people in priority need.

The shift pattern is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM.

We offer a salary of £23,900 per annum.

What You'll Do
  • Support individuals with complex backgrounds or needs
  • Use IT skills at an intermediate level, including Microsoft software programs
  • Show flexibility in working patterns, responding to service needs
  • Promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, liaising with stakeholders
