This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Catering Support Professional in Maidstone Leisure Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and drinks in a safe and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and strives to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our catering team to ensure that all aspects of food and drink service are delivered to a high standard, including replenishing stocks from the storeroom and carrying out other tasks as required.

As a Catering Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work as part of a close-knit team to achieve high standards of service and customer care at all times, promoting a friendly environment while serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for ensuring that financial and cash handling procedures are complied with.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
