About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Catering Assistant to join our kitchen team at Blue Arrow. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and service, ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support the kitchen staff with food storage and inventory management.
- Foster positive relationships with residents during meal times, enhancing their dining experience.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (we will assist with this process).
- Previous experience in catering or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for working with the elderly and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
