About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to join our Continence Team in Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recent community or acute healthcare and be able to motivate and organise others to ensure best practice.

The successful applicant will also have knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice, awareness of professional issues, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the provision of high-quality bladder and bowel care for adults in Kent.
  • Act as an advocate for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction, ensuring care is delivered that meets NICE guidance and standards.
  • Work closely with the home delivery contract product supplier and the Home Delivery Transport Team.
Requirements
  • Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant Professional body (NMC or HCPC).
  • Degree in a health-related subject or willingness to complete a degree within 3 years of appointment.
  • Mentoring qualification equivalent (desirable).
