Health and Social Care Trainer Role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding training in health and social care? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering mandatory health and social care modules to new and existing in-house care staff. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients. This role also involves delivering training externally to clients in their own settings, requiring some travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative training modules to care staff.
  • Complete relevant marking, follow-up administration, and compile training paperwork.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to ensure all training modules are up-to-date with changes in legislation.
