About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Worker to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and treatment plans
  • Assist with patient assessments, observations, and documentation
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment

Requirements

  • Relevant level 2 qualification (NVQ / QCF certificate of care / apprenticeship) or equivalent
  • Experience in a health or social care setting and/or children
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
