Clinical Operational Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Operational Manager to join our West Kent Rehab Team. The postholder will be responsible for the operational management of our community rehabilitation services, including community neuro rehab and falls services.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring the effective delivery of care within these services, including meeting contracted and clinically optimal waiting times. The postholder will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong links with primary and secondary care, social services, service users, and other providers that support continuous service development.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nursing or AHP profession, along with significant management experience. Project management experience would be desirable.

The Clinical Operational Manager will work closely with clinical operational managers of our East Kent counterparts to ensure seamless care and equitable service provision. This will involve developing policy and practice frameworks as requested, and being able to blur boundaries and move between acute and community settings.
