Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a challenging and rewarding role within the healthcare sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled clinician to join our team at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

As a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to patients on the elective orthopaedic wards. You will work closely with the service manager to develop and support service improvement initiatives, ensuring consistency of service delivery and innovation throughout the orthopaedic pathway.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients. If you have expert orthopaedic clinical knowledge, skills and experience, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be involved in supporting the orthopaedic Occupational Therapy team in the delivery of high-quality care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new approaches to improve patient outcomes and experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. You will be a flexible and enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate the impact and added value that Occupational Therapy brings to the pathway.

Seven day working is embedded in the orthopaedic service, and you will be required to support both organisation and delivery of this. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Salary: £54,943 - £64,570 per annum (Band 7)
