Job Description
As a Clinical Team Lead - Occupational Therapy, you will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists and supporting them in delivering high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • • Providing expert clinical guidance to the occupational therapy team
    • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for patients
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
    • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • • A diploma or degree in occupational therapy
    • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
    • Accredited practice educator status
    • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or willingness to develop a master's degree
    • Experience working at a senior level in an acute hospital setting
    • Evidence of personal and professional development
    • Ability to motivate and train others using different teaching modalities

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
