Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Delivery Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to clients across our supported schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide practical assistance with daily living tasks, such as tenancy management, benefits claims, and household chores.
- Work closely with clients to set and achieve goals, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience working with vulnerable client groups, preferably in a housing or social care context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn specific systems used within Riverside.
