Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join the Therapy Assisted Discharge service (TADS) at Maidstone Hospital. The TADS team works in collaboration with community health, social care, and voluntary agencies to provide early discharge from hospital by offering therapy assessment and rehabilitation at home within 24 hours of discharge.

As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will be part of a seven-day roster, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in intermediate care and work in a supportive team environment.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, working autonomously, and contributing to the team's goals. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with experience in community care, a strong understanding of medical and surgical conditions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
