About the Job

Our Clinical Operational Manager will lead the operational management of our West Kent community rehabilitation services, including community neuro rehab and falls services. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of care within these services, including meeting contracted and clinically optimal waiting times.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nursing or AHP profession, along with significant management experience. They will be able to establish and maintain strong links with primary and secondary care, social services, service users, and other providers that support continuous service development.

The Clinical Operational Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with clinical operational managers of our East Kent counterparts to ensure seamless care and equitable service provision. This will involve developing policy and practice frameworks as requested, and being able to blur boundaries and move between acute and community settings.
