Apprenticeship Training Consultant

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Training Consultant to join our team at CV-Library. This is a hybrid role that requires working with learners up to level 5 in residential childcare settings, providing experience of working in settings to all apprentices. The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload/cohort of learners, ensuring key performance targets are achieved and learners complete their programme of learning and/or qualification(s) within agreed timescales. They will also attend teaching and learning sessions and work towards the related training plan and knowledge, skills and behaviours.

- Attending teaching and learning sessions and working towards the related training plan and knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- Liaising with the learner and employer to ensure that the learners' training and development needs are met.
- Delivering commercial training courses to employers and their staff in subjects you are occupationally experienced and competent in.
- Assessor qualification, minimum level 3 teaching qual (ideally higher), Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent, relevant vocational qualification in area of occupational competence, and recognised Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS, L3 Award in Education & Training) or above.
