About the Role: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Professional. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via various communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records and data management
  • Support property listings and market research
  • Communicate effectively with buyers and sellers

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft applications and have a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £6.40 per hour, which aligns with the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices. As an apprentice, you will receive 20% paid time off during working hours to complete your training.
